26 Months of Breastfeeding

Today is my toddler's 26th month and while I was staring at him, I knew that it is also my 26th month of breastfeeding him. Oh wow! I just can't believe I have gone that far and I am truly amazed that I have been nourishing him all throughout with my milky breasts. A lifetime blessing!

Every time people will ask me, be it like the elderly, relatives, co-moms or even his pediatrician why I still breastfeed M, I answered them with a smile. I don't want to answer them in long sentences and afterwards will receive an anxious look. Well, my only reason is this: I have milk pouring down from my breasts and as long as M needs it on his development why not feed him. I am a SAHM and there's nothing more I could give him but love, food, and care. That is how breastfeeding is all about. People around you who doesn't know more about breastfeeding and still living in their own thoughts will really give you criticisms you don't want to hear because it will just hurt. For me, I took it as just everyday thoughts as long as M will nurse on me.

Right now, I don't have plans on weaning my toddler. Although, sometimes M has really crazy behavior when he nurses, I just let it go. It's part of him growing up.

How about you other Moms? How long will you breastfeed?

Hooray for 2 years of Breastfeeding!

I was breastfeeding M a while ago when I remembered that November is going to an end and yet I didn't had time to greet myself to have breastfed my boy for already two years. So I will never let this end month without congratulating myself a happily HOORAY for 2 great years of breastfeeding! :)

Actually, I planned to wean him already when I had my getaway but the power of my boobs plus the immense sucking he is doing everyntime he feeds on me really did not work. I, too is not emotionally ready but physically yes. Sometimes his biting and tantrums while breastfeeding put me in total hurt to stop. But I guess, I wouldn't want him to see emotionally and physically stressed just because I want him to stop to breastfeed. Maybe, it's not yet time. I guess he really enjoys my breasts and me wants to bond always! So here's a breastfeeding photo (not a good one because of my big face, haha.) where the toddler sneaked in to my breasts to nurse.

My very First

I've experienced mixed emotions when the time came I have to be away in the city and will spend time at the beach for three days. Yes, it is my very first and I couldn't explain the feeling. It's mixed - excited and sad because it will be my first time to be long away to my little one and our first time to experience a real getaway.

The plane ride.

This is my very first time to ride an airplane. The feeling wasn't good at first. I'm nervous and all I could imagine was a scene riding on Anchors Away in Enchanted Kingdom. Haha. I got dizzy at the last few minutes before landing but the view outside the window took me to take away the feeling of awkwardness. It's my first time so I really treasured every view I could see outside the window. Hehehe.

The beach vacation.

I've been to different parts of the country when I worked as a Brand Assistant for events. I was there mostly for work. But for vacation, this is my very first. When husband told me he got free airfare tickets, Kalibo was the first thing came to our minds, and then the beach. Oh Boracay I must say!  It was really worth it to take a vacation at the beach such as in Boracay.

The swimsuit.

Me wearing my Ilovekoi Miramar Maillot
Actually, this is my very first to show off in a swimsuit while on the beach. I didn't care if I'm fat and the others are not. I just want to be uniformed and relaxed like that of other belles in Boracay. I said to myself that Boracay is a treasured beach so I really spent a penny for my I love koi swimwear.

The breast pump.

The goodness of Unimom Mezzo Manual Pump
After 1 year & 6 months of not seeing my breast pump, we're reunited again in the island of Boracay! Hahaha. I have plans of weaning M already but I don't want to swim with engorged breasts so  I pumped twice in a day when I was there and I was surprised with the output my pump and breasts did.

My Experience on Milksharing

Compared to some moms who shared their breastmilk in bags to moms and babies who are in need, I only shared mine in a bottle and through my breasts. Odd? Yes. I never experienced the typical milk sharing that some moms do when they have extra milk bags in their fridge. I did but with just one bottle (2oz) and breasts (20mins) and the feeling was really heartbreaking.

I could remember that day when Matt was still 2 or 3 weeks old when a baby arrived in our neighborhood, asking for my breastmilk. She was adopted from the time she was born and never tasted mother’s milk. She was 1 week old. I was religiously direct breastfeeding Matt then, and occasionally pumping when my breasts get heavy. Her grandmother came to our house and asked if I could pump a bottle for her grandchild. I did and gave her a 2oz bottle of my milk – fresh from my boobs, creamy and tasty. That moment when I gave the bottle to her and saw how she finished the milk to the last drop was fulfilling in my part. I was on the thought of offering my breasts to feed while watching her but her lola said no, “nakakahiya naman.”didn't insist anymore for I don’t know what thoughts are running in their minds. I am just happy that time because I knew my milk is worthy enough to share even though it’s just 2oz in a bottle.

Milk sharing is not just limited through donating breastmilk in bags. I had my another experience through my breast. No bags, no bottle, just my breasts only and the feeling was different yet remarkable. It happened when I breastfed my sister’s daughter. It lasted for 20 minutes just to calm her when her mom was away for an hour and it felt a deep yet special part in my heart. I couldn’t believe the thought that she really took my milk and considered it as her mom’s.  I was laughing out loud then because I never thought that it could be happening and it really was. It really helps to have a sister who is breastfeeding too. I got the same scenario and she too did what I have done. It was an amazing experience to nurse another child who are not yours, double on purpose: share and feed.

This is my experience about milksharing and I know I am a bit late to contribute my own experience for the World Milksharing Week. But then, I am glad I did.

Got milk? How did you share it?

My Husband's Best Breastfeeding Advice

"Welcome to the Milk Mama Diaries Carnival (February). For this month, we focus on back to basics. Participants will share advices - either the best breastfeeding advice they received OR/AND the best breastfeeding advice they can give to new moms.  Please scroll down to the end of the post to see the list of carnival entries."

In my 26 years of existence in the world, breastfeeding has been one of the things I am truly proud of. I called it as one of my lifetime achievements aside from giving birth and getting married.

When I gave birth, I never had breastfeeding as a choice of nourishment for my child. I never knew that I could breastfeed exclusively. It just happened and happening right now. As months go by, I discovered (through reading blogs, internet, and from other breastfeeding moms) the wonder and magic of breastfeeding. And so, here are my top 3 reasons why I breastfeed and will still breastfeed.

1) it's free and healthy (definitely, very and super!)

2) it's a perfect bonding experience between mother and child (very true!)
3) it's restful (I like most of the time when lying down while breastfeeding)

But in my 14 months (and counting) of exclusive breastfeeding, I encountered some problems from persons I thought are my support group, that merely put me in the thought of giving up and switch to giving formula instead.

Here are the things they say:

* "I never saw MKJ fat like other babies. I think your milk is not good enough, give him formula instead."

* "At six months, breast milk loses the nutrients suitable to child's growth, like iron. Breastmilk doesn't have that anymore as your baby grows older."
* "Maybe it's because of you're milk why your baby doesn't have regular bowel movements."
* "MKJ is already 1, give him formula from time to time for him to gain more weight."
* "Does your milk still have the nutrients your child need? I don't think so. Why did he get primary complex?"

Ouch. Ouch. Ouch for the nth time is all I can say every time they say those things. It feels like I haven't been a good mother to him because of their observations. There was a time that it came to a sudden thought of blaming breastfeeding when MKJ was diagnosed of Primary Complex.

Thinking and hearing those hurtful things, I still live to the best advice why I keep on breastfeeding my son. If not for this worthy and supportive advice from my husband, my breastfeeding journey won't be great.

Here's what my husband taught me to realize about my breastfeeding relationship with MKJ:

"You are still the mother. No matter how many times you hear those nasty things about breastfeeding our son, don't live with it. The last words will still come from yours. What am I here for? I am your husband, and I am here to support you in breastfeeding MKJ the best way I can."

Remembering those sweet words from him strengthens my heart that we are together in breastfeeding our son. I have the milky breasts and he has the heart for breastfeeding.

Have time to read the other participants' posts. Happy reading!

So long, 2011 ( A meme)

I know this has been quite late. But I've seen this in one blog and the thought of remembering last year's life events wanted me to do a blog post right after reading it. Writing it, make me as well ponder on the yays and nays of my 2011.
  1. Where were you when 2011 began and who were you with?
  2. I was at home, bedroom, breastfeeding my little one who was born last November 2010.
  3. Where were you when 2011 ended and who were you with?
  4. I was with the whole family of my husband, in the dining room having a merry feast.
  5. Did you go abroad in 2011?
  6. No. I never experience it ever. :-)
  7. What is one thing you did in 2011 that you’d never done before?
  8. Cleaning other's toe nails, and that is my husband's! He asked me to do it for him, kinda sweet and hell fun!
  9. What would you like to have in 2012 that you lacked in 2011?
  10. I’d like to have cooking skills so I can cook delicious and healthy meals for my husband and son.
  11. What dates from 2011 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
  12. January 1, 2011: My first new year of being a mother, away from home sweet home.
May 2011: My first Mother's Day.
June 10, 2011: My 26th birthday celebrating it with my two boys (husband & son).
July 28, 2011: Our first wedding anniversary. We didn't celebrate because husband was in school that time. Phone calls and text messages made it sweet.
November 23, 2011: My little one's first birthday party! We had fun celebrating it with dear families and friends.
November 24, 2011: My breastfeeding anniversary. I've got to breastfeed MKJ exclusively for one year ( and still counting). This is one thing I am very thankful for this year, for having abundant supply of milk!
  13. Did you suffer illness or injury?
  14. God is good, just the usual flu, colds & cough.
  15. Where did most of your money go?
  16. Even though I have no work, most of my saved money goes to Food! I really love eating!
  17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
  18. Happier or hardened? Happier because I am enjoying another phase of my life: motherhood.
Thinner or fatter? Thinner because I lost too much due to breastfeeding ( and that is awesome!!!)
Richer or poorer? Richer (but not financially) because I have my two boys (husband & son) to give me overflowing happiness.
  19. What did you wish you’d done more of?
  20. Blogging. :-)
  21. What did you wish you’d done less of?
  22. Eating sweets. I've been eating a lot of sweet stuffs and that is not good I guess.
  23. How did you spend Christmas?
  24. Spent it with my family and husband's relatives at home having a party. There were exchange of gifts and games.
  25. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
  26. I went to church for a mass with my son and in the afternoon when husband came all the way from Manila, treat me to a pizza. I turned 26.
  27. What kept you sane?
  28. During those days when the start of the year (2011) is very new to me as a mom, internet (Facebook, twitter and blogger) kept me sane. There I meet several moms, read mommy blogs and find time to shop!
  29. What song will always remind you of 2011?
  30. Somewhere in Brooklyn by Bruno Mars.
  31. Was 2011 a good year for you?
  32. YES! To have a wonderful little one and a supportive husband made my 2011 a memorable one.
  33. What does 2012 hold for me?
  34. I’m hoping for opportunities for stay-at-home moms like me. More blessings and more wonderful moments with family. I am also looking forward to travel locally. :-)

My Babybond Nursing Cover Experience

I've got a total of four breastfeeding covers in my breastfeeding journey. One of them was bought from an online store, and the rest are all prizes from winning in different giveaway contests. I am lucky, right? Of all the four nursing covers namely: a boncho style, the traditional nursing cover, a nursing vest, and a nursing sash, I like how the nursing sash, or Babybond (the brand itself) works on me. It covers me, and not the baby - a thing that my little boy didn't want every time I breastfeed him in public. We were like having eye to eye contact and that makes breastfeeding so peaceful and calm.

I got this BabyBond nursing couture from winning a giveaway hosted by Golden Charm Blog. If you wish to have a nursing cover like this, like BabyBond on Facebook for more giveaways update. Cool!!

Today, My Little Boy is 365 Days Old

MKJ at 1 day old

At exactly, 5:17 PM of last year, November 23 I gave birth through normal delivery to a healthy baby boy. My world that time was as surprisingly happy as I was to embrace motherhood and babyhood. And later at 5:17 PM, that little baby boy will be 365 days old. Yes, you read it right. He is one year old, and that is an achievement, a gift, and a life.

A gift. I got married and pregnant at the same time. As I remember, I was 5 months pregnant then when I married J. And when I knew that I am pregnant, my heart was filled of overflowing happiness because I knew that God gave him to us as a gift and not really by chance. Although, in the eyes of our parents that marriage should come first, I never regret that journey of my life. All the time, I thought of having MKJ as a gift from up above.

A life. I know that his life was purely from God. And I do believe that God gave MKJ to me to make his life meaningful, beautiful, and with purpose. And as a mother, I gave him life by giving him the best of what I have. And that is through breastfeeding. I breastfed MKJ for one year (today) and will breastfeed him until he wants to because I want him to have a healthy life. I nourish him through my body, my milk, and my existence. To breastfeed my little boy, is to giving him a life I know he would be thankful for.

An achievement. To raise a child on your own, with the help of the people that surrounds you is an achievement on my part. And I will proudly give myself +A. I lived to be crazy and insane all at the same time whenever he is demanding. I discovered different tactics to please him and make him silent. I survived a year with no nanny and am looking forward to many years of not hiring a nanny for him. Totally, to have MKJ is an achievement and I believe that all moms are proud to have an achievement like this.

MKJ at 364 days old
And now that my little boy is already 1 year old, I wish him all the best in the world that will make him happy. I pray to God almighty to give him a healthy body, mind, heart and soul. And lastly, I wish him to be just simple because indeed, the world is so simple to live in.

I won a Breastfeeding Top!

I never tried myself wearing nursing blouse. I just don't know but maybe because I am already okay with a nursing bra plus a comfy blouse to wear and breastfeed easily. Oh, and I may add a nursing cover! Shoot! Breastfeed in public.

But sometimes, I have this mindset on trying breastfeeding tops just for curiosity. I wanted to buy online (since there is no available on malls in our province) but am afraid that sizing might be a failure on my end. I don't want to waste money. Until one Mommy shared her birthday giveaway and ta-da!! -- I won! I just won a nursing top!

Here is the design I choose.

And last Friday, I received through mail a comfy yet fab nursing top from Lab Wears.

So nice right? And it's just fit for me!

Thanks again Mommy Natz and Lab Wears!

5 Virtues Breastfeeding Developed in Me

August is Breastfeeding Month. And before this month ends, I want to share the 5 virtues that breastfeeding has developed in my 9 months (and counting) of exclusively breastfeeding MKJ.

breastfeeding MKJ
Charity. Or let's call it love. This is the greatest of all virtues and the perfect reason why I chose to breastfeed. I love my son so much and I want him to give the best, pure and sweet thing I have in my life, my breast milk.

Commitment. Breastfeeding is a promise not just kept on the breasts but closely in the heart. It is a commitment to do or not to do, and I kept it in my heart and mind that breastfeeding MKJ is a thing to do, despite of great challenges. It is not that easy to keep a promise but rewards yourself in the end a very heartful result. Mine is a jolly, healthy baby boy!

Courage. In my early days of breastfeeding MKJ, I have two choices in mind: breastfeed or feed. By feed, I meant formula milk. I stared on a can of S26 which the hospital asked my husband to provide after my delivery everytime I saw drops of blood flowing down from my cracked nipple. It tempted me so much. Looking at him, it gives me more courage to breastfeed. And I told myself from that time on, that I will breastfeed courageously no matter how painful and hard it is.

Perseverance. Nipple pain, Teething, Biting, wrong latch, engorged breasts, mastitis are the reasons that brought me to become a more persevere mama. And to develop perseverance, one has to have a courageous patience. And I owe it to breastfeeding.

Confidence. Or I may call self-confidence? Yes, it is! I am the shy-type of person and sometimes unconfident of the things I should be proud of. But when I started to breastfeed, it developed the self-confidence I'm missing in myself. With no rituals and everything must set forth, I nursed MKJ in public with or without cover. Would you care more about your exposed skin or hungry baby? Definitely, self-confidence takes place, and I would choose the hungry baby. Confidence is the state of a chosen action that is best described as correct.

Generosity. By generosity, I meant giving. I haven't experienced giving extra milk to those in need. Hospitals in our province ( Batangas), I think if I'm not mistaken do not exercise breastfeeding that much. I haven't heard of milk donations around the province either. So by generous, I don't mean the literal meaning of giving. I am generous when it comes to thoughts, ideas and answers regarding to breastfeeding. In fact, I felt the generous side of me seeing my sister who just delivered birth last August 7 and gone to exclusively breastfeeding her baby by day 2. With all the generous learnings I had because I am breastfeeding, I am happy that I influenced her to breastfeed too. You may want to click here about my generous post to promote breastfeeding to my younger sister.

Breastfeeding is a learning journey. I am happy that I developed these 5 virtues in my breastfeeding experience.

Happy Breastfeeding Month once again dear Mommas!

Long Time No See

Friends come and go. But these girls whom I met two years ago are my current friends. We were officemates, then resigned but still share personal lives with each other. We call ourselves, the WonderGirls. It is because we're wonderful and our friendship is.

It's been long time no see when we saw each others. Joan, the single lady studied Caregiver course, and Jhing has been busy with her 9month old baby. Likewise, I am like Jhing busy with MKJ.

Gladly, Jhing planned to meet us, and timingly, it's a celebration for two - our meet-up and Joan's birthday.
It's a Pizza treat and overflowing of Chikastories that day.
With Joan and Jhing
I had wonderful and mommy-like stories with Jhing. Her son is one month older than my boy. We shared our first time motherhood moments, her formula feeding and my breastfeeding success. Jhing breastfed for two months only and got amazed on how I purely breastfeed MKJ. I told her my secret. And that secret is YOU, yourself. I taught her that breastfeeding is Mother's choice supported with determination, confidence and motivation. Upon hearing all the stories behind my breastfeeding journey, she arms herself to breastfeed on her next baby. Great, isn't it?

On the other hand, I enjoyed sharing and giving pieces of advice on Joan's personal life. Friends are the people you can count on when problems are showing your way. And indeed, I found a friend in-need when I had a personal talk with her.

I had almost four hours of personal life sharing with my WonderGirls. I enjoyed (especially the PIZZA, hahaha) being with them and listening to their stories too.

Good thing too, I have supportive parents to take care of my boy when I am away.
Such a happy day.

On Promoting Breastfeeding to a Younger Sister

I write this post because I was supposed to join a breastfeeding carnival celebrating the Nutrition Month (July) but unfortunately I got problems with my internet connection and laptop which resulted to not meeting the deadline. But still, I wanted to share my words. :-)

MKJ bfeeding in my boob.
I am a breastfeeding mother to MKJ for almost eight months and I am looking forward to breastfeed him for more than a year or so. I am a stay-at-home mom and breastfeeding my son is much like work – tiring yet rewarding and successful. Although, I encountered it in a very hard way; experiencing cracked, sore nipples and problems on latching, still I managed to become an exclusive breastfeeding mommy.

In less than a month, my younger sister will give birth to her first baby. She got pregnant and married at the age of 21, still undergraduate. Every time we see each other, I always remind her that she should breastfeed EXCLUSIVELY like what I am doing to my son. And she always answers YES. But to me, reminding her is not just appropriate or rather persuasive. Looking at her, she is young and still developing to be mature. Breastfeeding has developed purely the maturity in me, to be more responsible, focused and determined. And I want her to be one.

And so, I hope my own ways of promoting breastfeeding will help her (and other expectant moms too) to breastfeed happily and willingly.

Simplest Reason to Breastfeed. I choose to breastfeed because I LOVE my son and I want to give the best and most nutritious food to him – my breast milk! I believe that this is the simplest reason of all breastfeeding mothers. Breastfeeding is LOVE.

Be POSITIVE, Have the ATTITUDE. Breastfeeding is all about positivity and having the attitude to become a successful breastfeeding mother. In my early days of breastfeeding, I wanted to give up to ease the pain of sore nipples and frustrations for not getting a good latch. But I always think that if other mommies can surpass it, why can’t I. My mother is a good example of this. We are 7 kids in the family and are all breastfed. I am just starting with my first one and I believe I can. Indeed, I am right now, and doing a thing like this is a journey.

Educate and Read. When I ran out of answers to my questions regarding breastfeeding, internet is the key. Reading over breastfeeding sites is what I did every time MKJ is sleeping. Breastfeeding blogs also are of big help. Definitely, I will share the sites I used to read to my sister so she’ll learn a lot.

Passing-on my Breastfeeding Must-haves. I got a total of 3 nursing covers and 3 breast pumps and will willingly pass on some of them to her. Having those stuffs is a motivation and a helpful tool to breastfeed properly. Nursing cover is a must-have in my bag whenever I’m out of the house with my little boy, and a breast pump when I’m without him. Truly, I call them bestfriends. So share your friends! The more, the merrier! :-)

Nurse in Public. With or without a nursing cover, I breastfeed MKJ whenever he demands for milk. Be it in a grocery shop, auto shop, church, beach or any public place, I am a living example that breastfeeding a child chooses no place. I even breastfeed while standing!

On Saving Money. Since they were young couple and both have no source of income, breastfeeding is a right choice to save money. I and my husband spent money on diapers, MKJ’s vaccine, groceries and pleasure times. My mommy friend who doesn't breastfeed spends P5,000 every month for her baby’s milk. P5,000 is very huge enough to be spent on other stuffs! See, so breastfeeding really helps! And I believe, that hey, you little sister, if you breastfeed, you’ll save a lot!

So, that’s it! So simple breastfeeding is but it really pays off big to every mom and child. Breastfeeding is
FULL of BENEFITS.

To my little sister, I hope I stayed in your heart a living example. Carry me in your heart and mind as you enter mommyhood. The world you’ll enter by then is very different from the single days. I am here if you need help. Xoxo.

MKJ's First Travel to Manila

MKJ’s usual travel was in the pedia’s clinic for a vaccine, stroll around the mall and church visit for a mass. But this time, he will be having his first long travel (not really long) in Manila, at the NAIA. His grandfather (my father-in-law) will arrive from UAE and it will be their first meet-up ever. Everyone is very excited.
Night before the trip, I packed all the things MKJ and I will need. Diapers, wipes, burp cloth, pillows, extra clothes, nursing cover, and of course, my SaYa. I prepared myself for this trip for I will be facing a bubbly & tiring day.

The travel took us almost 2.5 hours to reach NAIA. Traffic was not my concern but on how to cater sleeping and nursing gigs of MKJ. He’s very amazed on what he sees outside the car and is easily distracted while breastfeeding. I had a hard time carrying him too. And when he gets sleepy, he will cry and started to be fussy. Sweat. Sweat. Sweat.

Time check and it’s 5PM already. Family decided to shop at Duty Free. I got worried that this hour of time is MKJ’s sleeping cue. I decided to put him on SaYa but J refused not to. Unsupportive yet concerned. For him SaYa will just put my back on strain so better use his huge arms. Yeah, huge. (But hey J, I love babywearing and I don’t care about my back :D)

Good thing, MKJ didn’t become fussy and crybaby as I expected. Maybe the toys’ section area is so friendly that’s why he got amazed and surprised with all the colors.

It was past 9 in the evening when we got home. I got tired. My bed missed me so much.

Good night paralyzed arm & leg, back pain and stiff neck.

P.S. Despite the fussiness and crybaby of MKJ, including the hello body aches, I still want to travel farther and farthest, with him and J.

Share a thought, Win a gift: Unimom Mezzo Manual Breast Pump

From single electric breast pump to double electric breast pump, now I am happy to have a manual breast pump. Yes, I am happy! Thanks to  Babymama for having a mother's day raffle, and I just got lucky to  have the Unimom Mezzo Manual Breast Pump.

When I opened the box, I was first attracted to the color of the handle, so feminine and nice. The color pink resembles a view of a simple lady. Okay, let me share why I am happy to have this breast pump. Here are my thoughts.

1. Because others say that there are manual pumps that require the use of two hands, this pump isn't. It's easy to use because of its rubble handle – non-slip and designed to have a better and easier grip. Actually, I tried pumping while my baby is nursing on my other breast. Can you imagine that?

2. For some they say manual pumps are maddeningly slow, for me this breast pump is not. I easily experience fast let down and never gets bored on how the pump will get milk. Plus add it on another real key and it’s not really the pump, it's you. Relax and look on your baby to initiate a fast and good let down.

3. The first time I tried on it, I am a bit afraid because of pain. But then it's not. Suck is firm, soft, and efficient and for me, it mimics a baby's suck. On addition to it, the silicon massager is friendly to my breasts. There are others that when squeezed hard on breasts leave a mark and pain. But with this pump, no pain yet full of gain.

4. The Mezzo Manual pump is so easy to use and fast to reassemble. Its parts are very convenient and simple. All you need is to sterilize before use, and consume 10-15 minutes of pumping.

Overall, the Unimom Mezzo Manual breast pump is a good find for mothers who usually are at home, like me. It's a grab-and-pump breast pump. Since this pump is easy to use, you can use it every hour if you do want to increase your supply. I tried it several times and the result is great. For working moms, this is also a great alternative if you are having a hard time packing and bringing a loaded pump in the office. This pump is lightweight, and with few parts, less wash is needed (no hassle to wash after all) and will greatly fit into a smaller bag.

So why not try this one and if you decide to buy it grab and buy a pump here.
